There's a tv miniseries called The Lost Room that i bet you'd like, which i assume you haven't seen since you didn't mention it. It concerns a motel room in New Mexico, in which An Event occurs, giving every object in the room a unique magical power -- some very powerful, some situationally useful, some pointless. iirc the plot revolves around a guy trying to figure out what happened and rescue a loved one trapped in or by the Room, while dealing with collectors/hunters of the artifacts.

I don't think this is the common reading of the book, and certianly not the one that filtered into the broader cultural perception of vampires, but I have had the impression that all the vampires in Dracula aside from the big D himeself are feral, and that this is the natural state of vampires. The only reason why Dracula has a modicum of self control is becouse he's also a wierd wizard who did evil alchemy before becoming a vampire and found work arounds to keep himself sane before becoming immortal. The point being, I think that only the vampire who's currently wearing the Ring of Dracul should have clear control over themselves, while the others have a constant gnawing hunger in the back of thier minds. Maybe the the Ring bearing vampire also has the ability to sense and exert control over other vampires, like Muzan in Demon Slayer. So that vampires everywhere are always on the verge of tearing each other to pieces over this one Wonder.
